Return guide

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.  Read more about your right of withdrawal as a consumer here.

ATTENTION! Don't forget to include the packing slip that came with your original order in the return package! It is also fine to write a note stating the order number and your name.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for returns or size changes, plus the original shipping. Refunds are made after we have received the package and approved the return.

Conditions for approved return

• The item must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. The item must not be washed, used or show signs of handling (such as stains, the smell of perfumes or body odor, dog and cat hair, etc.).
• The product must be packaged in an appropriate manner, e.g. by using the original packaging or packaging of equivalent quality and type.
• Items that are ordered with embroidery, or have been ordered home especially for you, cannot be returned.
