SMAI's Resistance Trainer is a complete system for resistance training in any gym or home. Resistance bands, also known as power bands, can be used in an unlimited range of exercises and training. Train for strength in cardio programs, speed and power in boxing and martial arts programs.

Use the bands to provide extra resistance in cardio and strength training, karate and martial arts or boxing and MMA. Alternatively, use in an assistive capacity to support body weight or reduce weight load for incremental strength training.

Train wherever you want, using the included door stop bracket to provide a stable mounting point wherever you have a room door.

Pair two knits for an extra challenge, greatly increasing the resistance levels available.

Important safety instructions: When used on an abrasive surface, belts can deteriorate rapidly and break. Belts should be inspected regularly for visible wear. In case of visible damage, remove from use and replace immediately.

When using the door stop anchor, make sure the anchor plug is on the INSIDE of the door (visible side of the hinge). Improper use of door anchors can damage your door.

Knitted garments are recommended for max. with 100% stretch (eg 100 cm knitting should only be stretched to 200 cm). Extending beyond this limit is dangerous and not recommended.
